You mean violations of the Geneva Convention occurred under the watch of a President who was a Democrat. Next you’re going to tell me that the only President to order the use of a nuclear weapon was a Democrat! To really get my craw though you are going to tell me that the War-Mongering President who actually had us at nuclear Armageddon over an island off the coast of Florida wasn’t a Republican!
