It is becoming increasingly apparent to me that I must start taking better care of myself.
Entrusted with the care of a dog or even a cat I would never, ever, consider negltecting them in the fashion with which I treat myself.
The word abuse would be an understatement.

Tell me about it. Here's a healthy & delicious (those 2 words are not often synonymous) dish that's also quite simple to make. I was attracted to it as I'd never had this vegetable before, and it's not bad at all if you can find it. ReplyDeleteOh well, link doesn't seem to appear. Just google Kohlrabi Stew and you'll find it. try the version with molasses and dijon mustard, it's great.
