I say let them come here for the sake of cheap labor, only with the stipulation that Mexico supply us with free oil to offset the cost of their free health care and other expenses. If we don't let them in,there would be no one to take all the "jobs that Americans won't take". Unless of course some of the citizens from "the welfare nation" were to get off the couch (and the dole) and work for a check, instead of getting free money for playing x-box and watching cable.
