Damnit! Leave my music alone...I have made purchases off of Itunes that I wouldn't have known to look for without some manner of radio-like device. The lawyers are flaying the goose. Like this here. The end is a little less than compelling but I think the essence of the tale is "Let people listen to music before they buy it. At least a little. Or you are a beast damn you.
