They make an outstanding pie, I will rely for the moment on others to supply you with details if you seek them on the interwebs and those "Nets" things...Yale was only closed at Rudy's, which is always evolving. Orval's were the item to devour and they were yummy...You may recognize the monkey with the fez as me, but you would be only half right.
