I rolled it over and looked for a pouch but it turned out not to be a marsupial. Any ideas? (oh, I am indicating the large animal near the far fence...what the heck is that?)

Is that a Gi-Raff?
Pretty sure that's an alpaca, becoming quite popular lately due to the quality of the wool they provide. That, and I've heard that they're much friendlier than llamas.

Yes, I have heard of this subterfuge prone llama bidness...
I have an alpaca winter cap, the wool is lovely. And they kiss alot better than sheep;)
