Judge Rules in Ohio

that individuals be allowed to register to vote using park benches and other non-addresses.

"A federal judge in Ohio has ruled that counties must allow homeless voters to list park benches and other locations that aren't buildings as their addresses.

U.S. District Judge Edmund Sargus also ruled that provisional ballots can't be invalidated because of poll worker errors."--this again involving, go figure, Jennifer Brunner, this link leads to her shameless "pay no attention to the man behind the curtain" defense on previous matters.

She should be very concerned over these matters, but she's obviously looking at one hell of an appointment and once Obama's in he can appoint an A.G. to make it all go away with the shameless complicity of the press.

So it's official. I can not shower for a few days and then sign up in as many places as I like with as many identities as I care to make up and vote however many times.

Tar. Feathers.

I suppose, if you really believe that the constitution is flawed for any number of reasons among which being that it limited the governments intrusions (going right for the Rush link on that one;) ) into your life and liberty but did not delineate what the government owes you then the ends justify the means, sooo many people will be changed and filled with hope in the long run.

THE MOVE "GANGS OF NEW YORK" PRETTY MUCH TELLS THE SAME STORY OF HOW BUNK VOTES WERE ESTABLISHED. FDR HAD BALLS AND A JOB ALFRED...
