Hydrogen and Ozone Depletion

This is interesting. It is a PDF but if I can find some other material I will link as well.

The short story seems to be that a "hydrogen infrastructure" would no doubt inadvertently release the gas as a free entity into the atmosphere where it will race upwards toward the ozone layer faster than Charley and his grandpa only to gobble up the ozone before it can the fan burping out water vapor which is an intense greenhouse effect player.
