Update: I just watched that again and I am all choked up...The season and the sentiments, that is a beautiful carol.

Just Talked with Jimmy
What's the phrase? Give me a cadre, a platoon? Chilling:
If I had ten divisions of those men, then our troubles here would be over very quickly. You have to have men who are moral … and at the same time who are able to utilize their primordial instincts to kill without feeling … without passion … without judgment … without judgment. Because it's judgment that defeats us.
Relating him to that quote is either high Honor or confusion and insanity.
I assert the former, God Bless ya Jimmy
So much to think about in that quote---
There is Beaucoup material in the last ten years regarding the bitter sweet dynamic of the young Vietnamese internalising and striving to the Western template. Paul Theroux has a brief interlude with a woman who lived through the war and operates a war museum and her children want to move to America. How strange must that feel after the collapse of the lie of communism and the horrific hell you went through until the enormous and brilliant beast relented?
The enormous and brilliant beast, I say, is not just the U.S.A. but it's freedom. It's scary potentials.
Some say you can measure a nation or people by how they treat their prisoners or landless or whatever their happy assertion may be at the time...I think that the proof is so obvious...
If you have had a set of ideals which opposes all who would be king, (separation of powers) and thus left crevices for liberty and oportunity, you win by losing to that paradigm.
You then judge a country by the fact that you are better off losing to it...
Japan.
Germany.
Phillipines.
Vietnam.
Korea.
Mexico...Screw La Raza...We should have taken another thousand miles and we would all be better off...
The U.S.A wins, Japan wins. Korea wins.
You can measure the worth of the assailed American way by this: Are you better off losing to her?

Witches and Probing Cats
Interviewer: Give me an example of witchcraft.
Walid Muhammad Hajj: Witchcraft was used on most of the guys.
Interviewer: They would cast a spell on them?
Interviewer: Did they ever use witchcraft on you?
Walid Muhammad Hajj: There was one attempt.
Interviewer: How did they do it?
Interviewer: But there wasn't really any cat there?
Those Mediterranean tabbies are pretty artful, and so far from home down in the Caribbean, but by the good curses of Allah he managed to escape a feline hook-nosed prison defloration!!!(Wow am I giving this terrorist way to much credit. I think maybe the spellcraft kitty just didn't want to go there, where so many a goat and dunky had trod before.)
Truly the religion of peace!!!
Allahu--ahh, whatever you fill in the rest.
Zombies Over the Holidays?
I particularly enjoy rule number four:
Vote
Also, via Insty, and at the NYTimes, fear that a supreme court justice diminishes their freedom and independence of judgement and/or credibility by speaking to a group which advocates adhering to the constitution.
Remember, when people say the constitution is some sort of bygone rubric which is reinvented each generation, they are saying it has no meaning other than the wishes and caprices of every jackass generation.
In which camp you find the NYTimes.
Lastly, also yet again from Instapundit, the "turducken of silly" and it involves the interbreeding of ancient peoples. Humans? Sure, I'll insult all of them with the term, but the real story is more interesting than that, here.
Liberals are Monsters
Someone will get a toy gun for xmass.
These people really are sick to try and what?...Brainwash and traumatize children to neuter the populace so the government has less to fear?
I hope they rot in hell, and I, for one, will be exercising a right today that I had not intended to before seeing the article.
I also commit to buying another gun and stat.
These people are truly sick and vile. God help us, a toy gun buy back. Here's some fake lipstick buddy boy, the good news is we'll let you pick which public bathrooms to pretend to put it on in...now where's that red ryder?
I hope they rot in hell.
http://pajamasmedia.com/instapundit/111889/
I have such fond memories of toy guns, one bought for me by an aunt, which I cherished. One purchased by my father over the objections of a sister who has perhaps different sentiments on the matter after playing with a nice nerf gun last year.
Damn did Dad get me the cadillac of toy guns for my birthday that year!!!
I am still grinning, God Bless him and his sonorous ever ready contempt for silly a-holes (and I'm referencing Rhode Island and letting my sister off the hook on that sentiment right there).
Thank you Aunt T and Dad:)))
Bad Timing
Just turned it back on...waaaay late on the Christmas foraging and still ill, but the calendar is set.
Will have to adjust items later and get emails etc. perhaps this evening.
Rats...really bad timing. Usually I might ask if something is going around, but now I merely wish that I am the only one, this could really disrupt Santa's itinerary for some households.
I look forward to fixing some things on the blog, they are quite glaring and poor even for a site with "Mess" in the banner...
Merry Christmas though;)

Take a look...God Bless those cripples killing those deformed and mal-genetic poochies, (hope I'm not wrong about anything. Seems like the most valid deduction)
Surefire
They make outstanding and combat proven material which every household in these United States should have an example of and a story regarding.
Here is one such testimonial from the surefire site:
The other day, I showed up to a Bris at the Four Seasons Hotel, in Beverly Hills. There were 250 guests gathered to watch me ply my trade, so the pressure was really on. As I began the procedure, a large crowd of guests gathered around me, like a football huddle. Everyone was jockeying for the best position to watch the action. Everything went dark as they crowded around and blocked the light, so out came my trusty SureFire Saint headlamp—once again ensuring a boy would remain a boy in my capable hands.
Thank God for SureFire. I highly recommend this headlamp to all my mohel colleagues.

Luciferase Genes
What's worse, the fact that I remember the story behind luciferase (I love it like a little boy loves fireworks. Or rather I love that they discovered or isolated it, and for the same little boy reason. I do also remember reading about the process of discovery years ago, but I can't find a good accounting of the fascinating process...stay away from that Britannica site, never thought I would say that...ugh) or the notion that the cancerous cells are the gateway to understanding the clock on the matter or that fact that for the third or fourth night I am posting this past 1 a.m. and I am miserable?
"To find the drug, researchers led by Tsuyoshi Hirota attached luciferase genes to some human bone cancer cells so the cells glowed in response to changes in the cell’s circadian rhythms. Then a genetic research robot screened more than 120,000 potential molecular compounds to see which ones had an effect on those rhythms. The robot singled out the most promising compounds for further study. "
(Here is the URL, I have been trying to post them because I have found that over years links get funky and the old URL can be a clue when researching:

Electric Toothbrush Replacement Head
My toothbrush is above. The lovely young instructor makes it all look so easy:
I remember having such a wand thingie...at some point in time,
soon after there was much frustration and struggle, moderate cursing
along with snaps and
buzzing on various orders. Damnit.
It's a quarter after 3 a.m., what are you folks up to?
On the bright side thanks to that pretty girl I now know how to
change out my

P.S. that's nasty dry toothpaste snapped around the brush for anyone who is asking...

Inner City Horses
I'm sure there are some jokes around that notion, but according to liberal doctrine if you drive a flashy car and are into guns and attempting masculine displays for females you must be overcompensating. And yet that is the entire comportment of an inner-city gang-banging hip-hopping drug dealer. We have been told an entirely separate rubric to entertain regarding that cultural construct. So what to make of this inner city anabolic talent?

Helicopter Friday
I find it mesmerizing and inspiring.
I find that footage so compelling words fail, (I even reused "compelling").
God Bless those soldiers! God Bless them and their families from the bottom of the heart!
I will put up a few links for veterans groups that are worth contributing towards. They are a wonderful avenue and provide a genuine positive assisstance to participate in at this time of year or any other. I will ask Jimmy as well, he knows some good ones as I recall.
There was some sort of silly friction with the group that I participated in for Thanksgiving and Easter and Christmas, though it was not military in focus, and now I am unaware of how it all stands for this season. I believe I will just show up to help box and deliver and speed matters along, why must people resort to being people and making things all awkward anyhow in the first place;)?
Adam knows of what I speak I believe...

On a related matter does anyone have any interest in a resumption of Helicopter Friday?

December 7, 1941
I heard some first hand accounts of being trapped in the Arizona and the difficulties of the rescuers in getting through the hull and the labyrinth below to save sailors, very stirring material.
Truly one of the great sagas in human history.
Insane nation savages it's neighbors and then takes a swipe at a behemoth which would prefer to be left alone. (take your oil embargo crap and stick it. Then go read "The Rape of Nanking" and then learn about Korea). Behemoth arises and invents super death bomb and smites the freaks, have I mentioned my bat signed by Paul Tibbets? I want to keep mentioning it, makes me grin.
At any rate, I am glad they lost, but more to the point is that you can determine a great nation by the fact that those who lose to them are blessed in their capitulation.

That stuff gets crazy sharp. I have handled samples that were really quite sharp, and have been assured that they get much more so.
I like sharp things.
There is a time and a place, certainly, if I must add a caveat.

Update: First of all might I take a moment to say to Hell with Firefox. I don't believe that I am the only person watching it crash over and over and over, get bogged, 'fess up to being embarrassed. It is not the program it was, despite my own computer issues, from those I speak with Firefox now stinks in it's own rot. Feel free to chime in.
I am simply at this point going WallyWorld with this post and this will be another time I am trying to zip out something that should and did take mere moments, and started out as a silly bit of fun:

Unless she did portray the Pond Man, I believe she may be capable of the Jedi Mind Meld which can be quite convincing. (She is the T-Mobile 4g girl just so I don't seem so insane with this bonkers update. Honestly, the first update was amusing...)
Wow do I resent Firefox right now. The post I had put up was fun and quick and enjoyable. Darnit, may just leave this in draft, grrrrr. I want to smash my computer more than admire Carly's talents, poor girl. Any comments, you folks are experiencing the Firefox misery also?
Couldn't care less about mistakes or misspellings etc. after this asinine ordeal at this point. I forget what I started out updating and how, quite frankly.
----Oh, the other portion of the update had to do with the couple who are on the Hyundai commercials and are delightful. They are Pomplamoose, I will put up a separate post tomorrow after this Firefox debacle.

Old Scrap
I went everywhere and could not buy or borrow the item. Yale, several points in NYC and points outside and in between.
Now we have this internet thingy, so, while I don't have various astute individuals(clerks)looking at me like I had invented a title, I still am having trouble with procuring the text--er, update: just found it:
The title of the item speaks, The Death of Humane Medicine and the Rise of Coercive Healthism:
http://bradtaylor.files.wordpress.com/2009/06/death-of-humane-medicine.pdf
A scrap of paper and a thought from ten years ago, and yet it proves to some degree that those fearing the pernicious creep of societies judgement and the governments vile coercion were not fools. They were correct, and too meek to thwart, which is in itself a disgrace.
That having been said without reading the book, but having read quite a bit on the matter of public health policy particularly in light of the tobacco fiasco.
Would still like to read that book...

NPR
They are also shills for Obama and propagandists for liberals, with the bonus of being exceedingly condescending and arrogant.
I resent the fact that I can write their stories before they can, if given the topic.
Illegal immigration? Give me some back sound of children crying and a young woman afraid for the family future. Then back that up with a sonorous older white male speaking with implied hostility towards humanity.
Guns? You guess. Take a stab at it...lots of talk regarding drive by shootings and children in gangs, a smattering of school massacres and nothing sane from those who understand that gun laws don't trump murder laws when it comes to the decisions of murderers. An NPR employee wouldn't know a rifle from a boomerang. Unless they had just returned from Australia at which time they would write upon how wrong we have everything in this country compared to those nations far afield.
Taxes? Well it would seem that the liberal wealthy can't figure out how to take it upon themselves to donate to the I.R.S. and pay what they insist ought to be paid. You will hear clips of the wealthy, especially liberal senators, insisting upon armed coercion (tax hikes at the ultimate insistence of the I.R.S. and the Federal goons) at the same time that they dodge their own taxes, all without any difficult or pressing questions.
Am I wrong? Anyone? Bueller?
Here is an interesting account of an individuals recognition of the avoidable NPR corruption regarding open and honest reporting. They propagandize on our dime. They also lie. When asked if they need government tit they say it's a small portion of their dues. When asked if they can get by on corporate grants and donations they say they need uncle Sam's nipple.
They fudge the accounting according to whom they are speaking with...they wash their accounting through various foundations and quasi governmental constructs and they dodge every query while grubbing and grubbing.
Here is a Pajamas Media piece which is bold enough to mention NPR's money laundering and lies:

Bill Whittle -- Or -- Not a Tea Party Post
The Tea Parties have been assailed by many and, might I add, poorly, as being any number of violent or ignorant or fascist constructs. You may know an ignorant and poorly read soul by their opposition to the "Tea Party" as it takes a discussion to even understand the movement and an individuals rejection of the trend and an individuals identifying with said trend requires thought.
To reject the "Tea Party" is really to reject the Bill of Rights---I wrote and re-wrote that phrase several times but I must simply state it as I know it, and as I know each and every one whom I have ever met at a Tea Party gathering or whom I have ever met who self-identified as a Tea-Party leaning individual.
A number of years before the Tea Parties I felt a tense and resentful anger towards the MSM.
I had discussions with librarians in which they did not believe the NYTimes was liberal. Subsequently in those discussions they did not understand the objection to and lack of admiration for their "Masters of Library Science". Even when they admitted that an individual who worked for Borders for a year or two could eclipse them in their job duties they would never concede that some level of mandarinization were occurring. They would become highly animated, however, when the notion of replacing them at a lower pay scale with the individual who honed their teeth at Borders would be suggested.
Well, that was a clutz's try to remind folks of how it was before the internet. All of everywhere seemed to be NYTimes, all Newsweek, all liberal fourth estate oikephobic and parlor room trash. I thought I was about to go insane, and this went on for a long and painful era. Then I noticed things like Bill Whittle and Murdoc and Insty and Alphecca and the list grew and grew and I was heartened. It was lonely reading the NYTimes and Newsweek and Time and realizing that the folks who had subscribed to those publications 25 plus years earlier had renewed by rote, with no thought, and had not realized that the periodicals were not the same.
I wish I could go back in time and speak to those people, the journalists and my relatives alike---alas, upon thinking I feel that is a selfish longing not associated with this post.
If you see Bill Whittle's name anywhere persue i!
This man articulates our American Ideals and he seems to speak from MY HEART!!!

So....
They are not complete outdoor cats, and a wonderful sibling was recently lost to whatever new elements are at play in the region.
I worry greatly.
I won't offer details on the siblings' demise.
The kitties are, however, spending time pining at the door and staring through the glass.
They go through moments of staring and mewing.
I love these kitties and I am not ready to let them out, not now, not after what has happened.
I do have a question to put to you, my wildly cross-sectioned readership. (That's true. I heard one of you likes sports and I once read about NASA. Put us together and...)
So the question is:
IF I DON'T HAVE THE HEART TO RISK THE KITTIES VENTURING OUTDOORS. IF I MUST WATCH THEM PAWING AND MEWING AT THE GLASS...
AM I HOLDING THEM IN "CATIVITY?"

Yet More Gotham
More Gotham
Gotham
I walk in the street. It's an added edge in a large city and keeps you on your toes.
Here is a rare photo of yours truly. There were very large numbers of tourists and shutterbugs. Some have equipment that was staggering, made me drool even before I could get close enough to understand what the tool was, just beautiful. I chose to travel light. The snap of me below was taken by a Mongolian lesbian couple, they both were quadruple amputees and blind. I won't get political, but I will say that the level of accommodations necessary to allow them to wander around offering to take photos for tourists seems less than sustainable. What do I know, I'm just a country rube...I can't even take a nice photo, I seem stiff and offputing, as if the photographer were still using flash powder:
Shortly
The crane above is working to construct the replacements to the World Trade Center. Please take note, if you are a return visitor to this blog, that I intentionally do not capitalize words such as islam or muslim. Cults are held in low regard, murderous cults held beneath contempt.
I will poke around to add info regarding some of the historical sites enjoyed yesterday, including the lovely and cozy Ear Inn. I could not scare up the name of the establisment which we walked over yesterday. I will link it to another post. There are several venerable concerns in the city which vie for oldest or simply espouse their antiquity. I always think on some level of Joeseph Mitchel while enjoying the older aspects of New York. What wonderful writing, thank God the New Yorker was what it was, and a crying shame it is no longer.
Regarding the above, I looked up "smugglers den" and found other locations with similar names. No idea on the derivation of the term. It does seem odd that the upstairs was a "smugglers den" other than it may have been a sailor's area of iniquity.
These ladies arrived to meet us for the day. They were clingy and we had to lose them, but we were very suave and debonair as we did so...
Gotham photos.
I caught my finger in a door, boy it smarts.
Jimmy knows his walks and interesting places. He tried to sell me a bridge, but I'm no dummy, I only went as far as the substantial downpayment, so no one else can buy it at the moment. Almost like it's mine already.
I bought some cheese that is so stinky I don't know how to tell if it's still any good after being in my pocket all day.
If you don't understand that you likely don't love cheese.
Update:
here are several, I may need to do a couple of posts to make them less sprawling. Uploading is sloooowww, also blogger seems to have a mind of it's own on order. I will have to go back and put a caption on them after they are up and I can tell the order. I had a grand time!
Thank you Jimmy!!!
Update Update: See? Sometimes it puts the photos on the bottom, but now they are on top of the text, though in a different order than entered. New post needed.

Puppies
Good Lord I love puppies.
Mendel and Colombus were very good, and there was a lovely cross section of k9's to be seen and believe me, they were not just being seen. They were puppying up the whole joint with sniffs and wriggles and odd looks and it was heaven for a dog lover. Mendel was shy and shivering, he even lost it a bit as a large critter scared the living poop out of him.
I must remember paper towels and windex or whatever next time.
Actually a change of clothes all around for that matter. That is a story for another time, sadly.

Crowder
Perhaps less "politically hued" than popular culturally liberally anti war hued gatherings
However.
This seems to me to be the typical response to "uncool" or otherwise unwanted speech or inquiry at an ostensibly liberal venue. The seeming bitch slap is something I have not experienced as it would have really lead to trouble, likely my own, but trouble nonetheless.
I think it was racial and it clearly exposed a desire for fascist control (subconscious desire for authority with card and I.D. demanding benefits for the militaria which they play act in their febrile mind) or another bruising romp for the "liberals" who claim to clean up after themselves and believe in honest discourse.
We must all agree that if this had occurred under the tea party banner it would have been played all over --- and over --- and over--
Ugh. I really don't like ugly folks who wrongly identify with the tea party movement. Certainly it is less in number and threat than that which it opposes.
I get damned tired of seeing the insanity on the left which is ignored, or filmed in Vaseline lens to advance the degradation of the West.
As always I would love to have dinner with journalists and editors or anyone else who may disagree. Please comment to initiate a dialogue leading to better relations.
No Joke!
Once again I feel compelled to state that the Tea Party functions I have attended were compelling in the polite and welcoming nature. From everything dealing with simple etiquette involving doors to addressing those who were there to agitate with civility and accurate historical and constitutional reference.
I will take the epithet "tea bagger" and gladly choke and metsphorically gag all who wish to apply the tired and juvenile sobriquet...I am a patriot. If my enemies (Obama opened that one up) persist I will teabag the losers.
The silly litter and vile speach and taunting is always on the left. The real deal is on the behalf of the patriots, the constitutionalists, those who believe enough in liberty that they truly recognize the second amendment as an admission of inherent existential right and not some fay tip of the hat to an evolving constitution.
Oh well, a lot of sloppy material to look over. As always, "mess" is in the banner...
You Have Already Voted for Harry Reid
I will comfort myself not at all (well, if I must reach for something) regarding Reid it is that he is pro gun.
However I would like to find a clearing house, or, in blog parlance, a "carnival" of alleged voter fraud, as I have read so much on a compelling scale which deserves attention. Federal attention. Attention by that racist corrupt Holder and his racist corrupt election rigging cronies.
Hey, wait a sec...ugh.
I do seem to think that I feared an Obama elected executive branch which would shamelesley, and with the more than blind eye of the felating media, work the election and census fraud to a degree which, not forgetting ICE and acorn and seisu and the rest, would be more than enough to trump elections within 20 point margins. The opposition needn't play the game unless they have proportions that would reveal themselves in the torches, pitchforks, axe handles and the true losers fond desires for the simple pleasures of tar and feathers.
I cannot express the feeling I would have at being on the receiving end of some of the "you have already voted" shennanigens. Don't tell me "you know, the Irish engaged in that", I do believe that between the Irish Boston/Chicago idiocy/legacy and the modern latino twist this nation will default into the 2 percent wealthy, 98 percent sucking garbage and violence which constitutes what so many are attempting to flea. Attempting right into the arms of the Democrats and to the detriment of civilization when done illegally.
The Democrats believe we will know when it is time to curb illegal immigration when they start to find their original conditions in their host huts superior.
At any rate here is the WExaminer on Reid anomalies (riiight...)

So I conclude that those who throw that switch are doing it BECAUSE he had the child prostitution and for extra stab in the American eye, fanny and loan fiascoes which have derailed our nation.
Deval? Yikes.
Mass. is a disaster.
Own up Massholes, if you were the citizens in the 1760-80's we would have been begging for Crown forgiveness and jacking up tea tax.
Yet I see it here as well. Blumenthal...vile. Lord help us...
We would not have a nation if New England were then as it is now.
Scary Radio
He is always worth checking in on, and though the holiday just passed, the weather abides some scary audio and hunkering down against any rain or cold.

Also please read and be appropriately appalled by this disgrace involving the Justice Department trying to interfere with citizens who are concerned with voting by illegal aliens.
Please read up on The Motor Voter act and the fraud we all saw, yet the media condemned all for perceiving.
John Fund has written extensively on these matters. The Demo-rats (yes, I am enjoying the juvenalia) worked hard at destroying your votes, in particular with the 1993 motor-votor bill.
The material on these matters is voluminous though buried by the traditional media. Please read up to support your gut instincts with facts. I understand the litigation phase is underway. Litigation phase? Good God, but it's true.
Maybe the Republi-rats should counter on the eight o'clock matter.

"J. Christian Adams,, a former career Justice Department lawyer who resigned recently to protest political interference in cases he worked on, made some news yesterday in testimony before the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights.
As expected, he claimed that Associate Attorney General Thomas Perrelli, an Obama appointee, overruled a unanimous recommendation by six career Justice attorneys for continued prosecution of members of the New Black Panther Party on charges of voter intimidation in an incident I detailed here yesterday. But Mr. Adams leveled an even more explosive charge beyond the Panther case. He testified that last year Deputy Assistant Attorney General Julie Fernandes made a jaw-dropping announcement to attorneys in Justice's Voting Rights section. She said she would not support any enforcement of a key section of the federal "Motor Voter" law -- Section 8, which requires states to periodically purge their voter rolls of dead people, felons, illegal voters and those who have moved out of state.
According to Mr. Adams, Justice lawyers were told by Ms. Fernandes: "We're not interested in those kind of cases. What do they have to do with helping increase minority access and turnout? We want to increase access to the ballot, not limit it."
If true, Ms. Fernandes was endorsing a policy of ignoring federal law and encouraging potential voter fraud. Ms. Fernandes was unavailable for comment yesterday, but the Justice Department has issued a statement accusing Mr. Adams of "distorting facts" in general and having a political agenda.
But there is some evidence backing up Mr. Adams. Last year, Justice abandoned a case it had pursued for three years against Missouri for failing to clean up its rolls. When filed in 2005, one-third of Missouri counties had more registered voters than voting-age residents. What's more, Missouri Secretary of State Robin Carnahan, a Democrat who this year is her party's candidate for a vacant U.S. Senate seat, contended that her office had no obligation to ensure individual counties were complying with the federal law mandating a cleanup of their voter rolls.
The case made slow but steady progress through the courts for more than three years, amid little or no evidence of progress in cleaning up Missouri's voter rolls. Despite this, Obama Justice saw fit to dismiss the case in March 2009. Curiously, only a month earlier, Ms. Carnahan had announced her Senate candidacy. Missouri has a long and documented history of voter fraud in Democratic-leaning cities such as St. Louis and Kansas City. Ms. Carnahan may now stand to benefit from voter fraud facilitated by the improperly kept voter rolls that she herself allowed to continue.
Mr. Adams' allegations would seem to call for the senior management of Justice to be compelled to testify under oath to U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. But Justice is making none of its officials available and is refusing to enforce subpoenas issued by the commission. The more this story develops, the more it appears Justice is engaged in a massive coverup of its politicization of voting rights cases."

Wow, awful.
So sad, such a chip on his shoulder as well.
I wouldn't even know how to begin to comment with all of the hoops he has dreamed up.
It is simply sad and dismaying.
Again, I wish him well and hope he manages to get his head screwed back on correctly. I don't like the extremes we are forced to countenance these days, and he is certainly one of them.
Politics, Ugh
I had bologna tonight.
I should have done something more like this, yum. I still have a little turkey chilly left, that might be a good combo with this burger:
Alright, so I did post more on politics. Here is a little Carlin on voting or the alternative:

I'm not sure I like that Obama feller...do I get to vote against my enemies, or simply get shuffled to the back of the bus?
Now this gladhander has already called his grandmother, who raised him, a "typical white woman".
Where is the outrage, he has a pattern? He is a bigot.
If I am wrong NPR will condemn me...
This is Awful
It is absurd.
I heard this on the radio again today, haven't heard it in quite a while. Opie and Anthony played it.
Larry King interviewing a victim of a particularly heinous violent crime.
Was Larry hungry during this interview?
KING: Why did you let him in the car?
HALL: I don't know. It was the worst decision I've ever made, I think. It truly was.
KING: What happened when he got in?
KING: He was holding your food?
KING: What did he do with the food?"

NPR
They just fired Juan Williams.
JUAN WILLIAMS!!!
If Mr. Williams is the victim of political correctness where do you think they managed to bury a victim like the truth?
They have no shame, they are robots in a fascist P.C. factory.
Poor Juan, I have no ill words towards that man. He was naive and well meaning. If that is the worst you can speak of a man then canonize him now.
Bastards. I officially hate NPR now. I predict a backlash. Those pricks deserve all the bad press they will garner. Sadly with punks like that the decision makers won't face the music, they will throw lackeys under the bus.
Again, JUAN WILLIAMS was fired for his free speech, not on NPR, but, of course, on FOX.
Any way you view this NPR is dogshit. Morally, ethically, in terms of character and courage. F NPR.
Now I can't wait to see what Laiassen (sp?) et. al. have to say through their gritted teeth and fear of termination.
NPR are bigots towards honest patriotic Americans, amongst others. They depict Tea Party people in a manner which is beneath contempt. I defy any person who has made a Tea Party joke to have a discussion with 80+ percent of those I spoke with at tea parties. The fact that you are upset enough to participate is a self selecting quality which puts it fair enough towards the educated end of the historical and political spectrum.
What are the chances that Mr. Williams was fired by someone who doesn't even know what the hadith is?
That is, unless they were themselves muslim. Leave it to NPR to hand the keys over and declare the whole establishment a dhimmi enterprise.
Williams often pissed me off and often made me sad for my own society and nation, but they were lucky to have him.
